Amelia Nour embodies the resilience and passion of its founder, Meesha Kanadia, whose journey from lawyer to advocate for sustainable beauty is both heartfelt and inspiring. Motivated by her mother's battle with leukaemia, Meesha embarked on a mission to provide gentle yet effective beauty and wellness solutions during her mother’s successful chemotherapy treatment, giving rise to the concept of Amelia Nour. Since opening the doors to our physical store in 2016 on Francis Street, Leicester, our mission has been clear: to champion self-care and ethical beauty practices suitable for all skin types, backgrounds and lifestyles. Through a meticulously curated selection of luxury, vegan, and vegetarian brands sourced globally, we empower individuals to make mindful choices that nourish both body and soul.

I’ve always been a beauty enthusiast so it was a no-brainer to launch Amelia Nour, but with so many beauty products out there, I knew I I wanted to do things differently; I wanted to be a breath of fresh air in an industry that’s heaving with must-have miracle creams, lotions and potions.
My approach to beauty and wellbeing is focused on clean, cruelty-free living so I took this idea and grew my brand from there.

We source products which are results-driven, cruelty-free, ethically sourced, vegan, vegetarian, organic (where possible) and most importantly…luxurious.

None of the brands I stock are tested on animals. You can find a list of product ingredients on our website so you know exactly what you are buying.

The flagship store in Leicester is intimate, inspiring and very welcoming. I want you to find your own perfect beauty routine and encourage you to try samples first if you are unsure about your purchase. We’re just about to open up our treatment room soon so keep an eye out for our beauty menu.
