Hypnowellness is an integrated combined therapeutic approach that is completely client-centred. What this means in practical terms is that I enhance classical orthodox Clinical Hypnotherapy with modern behavioural-modifying techniques, including NLP and CBT delivered in a highly approachable, understanding and empathetic manner. This integrated approach makes the therapy positively enjoyable and extremely effective.
