Both Paulina and Tawa are dedicated practitioners and teachers of holistic medicine and have a combine experience of over 20 years. They use variety of energy healing techniques including , Angelic Reiki, Past Life Regression (QHHT), Vibrational Therapy; and they believe in transformation, improving health, helping your mind, body and spirit in a way that promotes overall wellbeing. As Alternative Healers, they enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western and "alternative" medicine while providing a safe and nurturing environment in which to heal.

Take a gentle pause and give yourself the support your body and mind deserve. This wellbeing pop-up, led by our experienced Ark Practitioners, blends insight, movement, and energy work to help you release stress, ease burnout, and nurture self-acceptance.

The session begins with a scrumptious light brunch provided by the Broadcaster and included in your ticket price.

An informative talk on the nervous system, offering practical ways to understand and support your body under stress.

Then, sink into gentle restorative yoga, allowing tension to melt away. Open to absolute beginners.

Close with a group energy healing session.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, more grounded, and connected to yourself a perfect reset in the midst of a busy life. This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and gentle guidance on caring for their nervous system and emotional wellbeing.

Our Story

Unity Healing is a family oriented business that focuses on restoring balance and harmony into people lives. We use variety of energy healing techniques including Theta Healing, Angelic Reiki, Reiki & Crystal Healing, and we believe in transformation, improving health, helping your mind, body and spirit in a way that promotes overall wellbeing.

We also create harmonising jewellery and crafts using crystals and other minerals, that protects human body from negative and unbalanced energies, assist with meditation and helps in physical and psychological growth.

My husband and I are both dedicated practitioners and teachers of holistic medicine and have been involved in this practice since 2011. We love empowering others to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As an Alternative Healers, we enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. We help everyone from children to adults and we channel healing to align your energy and release it for a favourable outcome. We work with trauma victims as well as those with emotional stress. We all have different and unique needs and our aim is to work with you with a personalised service that meets your expectations. We will guide you towards eliminating stress and easing pain, so you feel more centred and realise how to usher in positivity and relief that does wonders for your whole being.
