I learnt a new 'Hack' for positivity and spiralling upwards this morning. If you're anything like me you also mine for dopamine everywhere and this helps.
Step 1. Set a one minute timer on your phone
Step 2. Think of things you've experienced, the cup of coffee you had this morning, you saw an animal yesterday. Really visualise that beautiful moment and how great it tasted/ felt/ sounded, you get the picture.
Step 3. Set another minute timer of your phone and repeat. If you do this three times your brain automatically starts scanning for memories of things that felt/ sounded/ tasted amazing. Boosting dopamine ❤️

Moving mums rose bush whilst budding. To make a rose garden/ archway. My mum loved red roses. She didn't want a funeral so I asked family and friends to fill her bedroom with roses, not to simulate a funeral which I've only just realised it looked like or must have come across as! Flip sake. Anyhoo, they all delivered literally. They filled her room with beautiful long stems of the deepest red roses and she felt so loved and so cared for she smiled for a long time those days. Sadly it gave my sister more work moving them to and from her bedroom at night and in the morning because it's no bueno to have all that green in your room at night so I'm told. So I'm sorry for that sister but it made mum happy so I know you didn't mind. Anyhoo moving her rose bush, if it does I'll be sad but not as sad as when mum died and it'll just be mum taking it to wherever she is and minding it until I see her again. Looks pretty stable, fingers crossed it flourishes but in the immortal words of Doris Day, what will be will be !

Dear all, as of the 1st April my business is closing. It’s been so much fun working with everyone over the last 8 years and I’ve loved every minute of it. I’m still available for advice and the odd weekend session but for now the door are closing and I’m moving on to new adventures. Thank you so so much to all my loyal clients that have become friends and to everyone that’s ever written a lovely review of my work. You’ve helped me achieve my life long dream of being a full time working mum and earn enough money along the way as a single mum to make memories that will last a lifetime for my daughter. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart ♥️

I’m so grateful to have been able to help people and to have made a few laugh along the way. Please get in touch if you need the odd treatment on the weekends but I’m heading back into the business world Monday- Fridays.

It’s been such a beautiful experience to be welcomed into countless homes and spend my time getting people back doing what they love through massage. My passion and joy since I was a child massaging my mothers feet and shoulders bringing a smile to her face. Thank you all so so much. Lots of love Stef xx
