✨ Try these DBT-inspired ways to build motivation:
✔️ Mindfulness – pause and connect with your values.
✔️ Wise Mind – choose actions that balance logic and emotion.
✔️ Opposite Action – do the helpful thing, even if you don’t feel like it.
✔️ Radical Acceptance – acknowledge reality so you can move forward.

Every small step counts. 🌱
