Thanks at the amazing team at and to all participants for making the inaugural residential on ‘Leading in Complexity: How to manage Uncertainty and What to Do about it’ so memorable.

Some key insights include:

💫Embrace uncertainty and do not expect anything but a complex ride full of challenges as well as many new opportunities and learnings.
💫There is no one size fits all: practice active listening and pick up new learnings. And make sure that you share them too.
💫Workplace diplomacy is a key skill: lead by example by empowering people to respect difference in troubled times but also set boundaries for expression and behaviour at work.
💫Do not focus on pointless presenteeism : productivity comes through engagement, effective collaboration, curiosity, creativity and a sense of purpose.
💫Question the reasons behind your actions: are you doing something because you always did it or because it is right for now?
