I know how easy it is to slip into over-functioning mode this time of year.

The pressure to make everything perfect, to hold space for everyone else’s emotions, to keep all the plates spinning , to do all the things it’s a lot.

But lovely, you are not here to carry it all.

You are here to feel it all, to honour your energy,and capacity and to choose what truly matters.

When you start to feel that familiar pull to over-give, pause and ask yourself:

✨ What do I need right now?

✨ What can I lovingly let go of?

✨ How can I make this moment simpler?
