Massage Shala The Massage Shala delivers low-cost community massage inspired by the informal massage rooms of South East Asia. Shala is a sanskrit word meaning “home, abode”.

Massage Shala takes place every Friday from 10am - 1pm in St Margaret's House, Bethnal Green. All massage therapists will be practicing in shared space as is the norm in many countries

Massage is perhaps the oldest and simplest of all medical treatments. In traditional cultures, especially in the East, it is accepted as natural that people of all ages can benefit from regular massage. We welcome you warmly to this home of massage arts.
