Massage Shala loved being part of the Open Massage Shala had a wonderful time at the recent Open Day at Centre 151, where we delivered free 30-minute foot massage, Energy Healing, Bamboo Chair Massage, Singing Bowl Aromatherapy, Body Mind Connection, Tui Na and Ilan Lev Method.

Thank you to all who attended and to all the volunteers and performers who made it such a special day.
