Florence 72, has never exercised before. Joined my Pilates & Yoga classes 6 months ago with her body as stiff as iron, resisting every pose. Florence was very determined to transform her body and worked hard. Florence has now left me deeply inspired.

This is one of my favourite exercises. It strengthens your legs, corrects muscle imbalances and improves stability to the ankles, knees and hips. It makes it easier for going up and down the stairs.

Try doing 3 set of 29 reps for just one week and let me know the results ๐Ÿ˜€.
