We’re excited to announce our next course is starting on Saturday the 24th of September and you could become fully qualified in just 10 weeks.

The Onyx Level 3 PT Course is designed to help you as a student to gain the skills and qualifications you need to become a qualified Personal Trainer. Our course tutors really know their stuff and will teach you everything you need to get qualified, from resistance training and anatomy to nutrition and physiology.

Working with GB triple jumper

Using the band to measure (arms fixed) counter movement jump height at the start of the session.

WHY?

To compare with previous results to give an indication of fatigue that may be accumulated for previous sessions track or lifting sessions.

A standardised measure of lower body power to track progress of one of our main performance indications.

To potentiation the central envoys system for the exercises later in the session deadlifts in this case.

Im not a ‘life coach’ but I don’t think you have to wake at 5am every morning to meditate for 2 hours, then go for a 20 mile run nasal only breathing and learn 2 languages once you finish working.
Just take a smal few steps in the right direction and find ways to adapt to new situations.
Now I’m starting to sound like a f🤬ing life coach. #2020
