First-Timers
Gong Bath Magic!! Still smiling after such a beautiful afternoon — what an inspiring group! 🥰

I had such a lovely time sharing a gong bath and sound journey with the amazing local community in London this week! We were fully booked with 40 wonderful people, all aged 55+, and for many it was their first time ever experiencing a gong or sound bath
and most had never even heard of it!! A beautiful sight of participants lying on mats and relaxing in chairs.

The feedback was so positive — lots of smiles, relaxed faces, and quite a few people wanted more and asked if I could come back again for another members event (which I’d absolutely love to!).

I really wish I’d taken some photos to capture the atmosphere — it was such a beautiful session followed by refreshments, lots of questions and interest in my instruments.

Feeling very grateful and inspired! 🎶💗

Looking forward to sharing gong and sound magic with 40 participants in Angel Islington this Friday!! I will be playing my Symphonic and Chiron gongs along with some other therapeutic sounds. I may share some photos in due course!! They were so surprised at how quickly my session became fully booked so hopefully I will get to do it again 😍

✨ Woohoo Filling fast for Saturday’s Gong Journey ✨

Feeling grateful as I prepare for this Saturday’s session with my Symphonic and Chiron duo — my two oldest gongs. Their sound has deepened and blossomed over the years, becoming rich, full, and beautifully alive.

It’s funny to think that I didn’t really connect with my Symphonic for the first few years. Now we’re the best of friends — a reminder that sound, like life, unfolds in its own time.

I now have seven gongs, and I love to play them in pairs. If you join me in East Sussex, you’ll often hear Pluto alongside my newest 32" Wind Gong, and sometimes Sedna comes out to play too.

Each session feels like a conversation between old friends — resonances meeting in the air, stories told through vibration and stillness. I can’t wait to share that experience again this weekend. 💫

My last gong bath in London was a bit weird!! I will share why 😁

🎶 The Great Gong Bath Surprise 🎶

I was all set up, gongs ready, catching up with a few regulars as we waited for the last attendees to enter… when I spotted a lady who looked exactly like my sister walk in. I thought, “Wow, she’s a dead ringer!” 👀 and I welcomed her.

Then in walks my 92-year-old mum — and before I could stop myself, I blurted out, “Bloody hell, that’s my mum!” 😳😂

Followed by my other sisters — all three of them! Turns out the sneaky lot had bought tickets under a friends name just to surprise me. I nearly dropped my mallet right there and then!

It’s so rare for all of us to be together (one even flew in from abroad!) — and even rarer to see my workaholic sisters actually relax! 😅 They absolutely loved it. Mum, who’s recently had high blood pressure, said it was exactly what she needed — the most relaxed she’s felt in ages. 💫

Moral of the story: never underestimate a 92-year-old with a plan… or a family with a flair for dramatic entrances! 😎🛎️

✨ Corporate Sound Baths in the Heart of London ✨

Last week, I had the pleasure of facilitating two sound bath sessions right in the middle of the City of London’s Financial District — a much-needed pause amidst the pace of corporate life.

The feedback from participants has been truly heartwarming. It's incredible to see how sound healing can bring calm, clarity, and reset even in the busiest environments.

This week has been full-on with three sessions across London, and I’m grateful to see the growing interest in integrating meditation , sound therapy and wellness into the workplace.
