THYME TEA

I organic lemon cut in half
1 tablespoon of fresh (better) or dried thyme
1-2 inches of fresh unpeeled grated turmeric or 1.5 teaspoon of dried
1 thumb of fresh unpeeled grated ginger or 1 level tablespoon of dried
6 cloves of whole garlic
1 pinch of cayenne or black pepper to activated turmeric.

Add to large pan (aprox 2 litre) of good water.
Heat until a gentle simmer only.

Turn off & sieve into vessel returning sieved ingredients to pan.
Add raw honey.
Stir in even more intentional high vibes.
Imbibe.
Breathe deep.
Crack on.
