OK, I know this may upset many people, I am not even sure if it’s politically correct, but I will say it anyway.
My Facebook is flooded with ads on IVF; not sure why, as it’s not something I am looking at at the moment (but more on that later).
It’s become a massive trigger for me. Why?
Well, because I know the emotional and financial trouble one needs to go through to do that, and I think it should be a last resort.
Many probably think it is a last resort when they do it. But the truth is that it’s not. I have helped others and myself with hypnotherapy and rapid transformational therapy.
Sometimes (often), the reason for not being able to get pregnant is purely psychological.
Your brain controls every part of your body, and whatever you believe will come true regardless of what you want on the surface… your deeply rooted beliefs and the emotions of fear will always win.
“I don’t know if I can do this.”
“What if I don’t get the support I need.”
“What if it destroys my relationship”, etc etc
A lot of those beliefs are based on your own childhood. We don’t need to have had a traumatic or abusive childhood to have created unhelpful beliefs that we still hold on to unconsciously.
A psychological belief isn’t fixed with meds or other physical external interventions; it’s fixed with reorganising your inner system.
Like it happened for this wonderful lady below. What came out was the belief that she couldn’t get the support she needed. That, coupled with childhood experiences with her own parents, was telling her brain to stop her body from having a successful pregnancy. After two years of doctors, trials and miscarriages, she got pregnant and delivered a healthy baby.
