Day 1 and the 21 Day Spring Reset group is in.
This was my breakfast
No sugar
No chaos
No guesswork
Just:
-Protein (Greek yogurt + protein powder) to protect muscle and keep full
-Fibre to feed the gut
-Healthy fats for satiety
- Polyphenols for inflammation control and a kick of sweetness without added sugar 😉
Simple, but intentional.
This is where we start inside the reset: blood sugar stability.
Because if your glucose is on a rollercoaster, so are your cravings, energy, mood and fat loss efforts.
