Peace over everything 💫

09/03/2026

Just for a moment, let’s set down our worries about the future. 🧡

Breathe. Release anxiety and concerns of imagined situations that may not ever happen.

And just for a moment, let’s set down the weight of the past.

Breathe. Allow space for offering and surrender around what cannot be changed.

Here we are - present in the moment we are in. 🧡

It’s not possible to be completely present and worried about the future.

It’s not possible to be completely present and regretful about the past.

The present is the only place where your life is actually lived. 🧡

Be present for the challenges and the love today - so you might experience the wonder and the gift of each precious moment of this day.

I wish that for you. 🧡

🚽 Frequent Urination During Pregnancy: Why You Live in the Bathroom (and When to Worry)

If you feel like your bladder has become a tiny, demanding roommate—you're not alone. Frequent urination is one of the most common (and persistent) pregnancy symptoms. Here's why it happens, when to expect it, and how to manage.

🔹 Why It Happens:

· Hormonal changes: Increased blood flow to kidneys = more urine
· Growing uterus: Presses directly on your bladder
· Increased fluids: You're drinking more to stay hydrated
· Baby's position: In late pregnancy, baby dropping adds pressure

🔹 When It Typically Starts:

· First Trimester: May become noticeable early on
· Second Trimester: Often improves temporarily
· Third Trimester: Returns with a vengeance as baby descends

🔹 Tips to Manage:

· Stay hydrated during the day, but limit fluids before bed
· Empty your bladder fully each time you go
· Lean forward slightly when peeing to help empty completely
· Don't hold it in—go when you feel the urge!

🚨 See a Doctor if You Notice:

· Burning or pain during urination
· Blood in urine
· Fever or chills
· Strong or foul odor

These could be signs of a UTI, which needs treatment to protect you and baby.
