Women gather together to call back the Wild Self based on the story of La Loba / Bone Woman. Grounding practices, reflection, Gong Bath.
"Gathering the Bones", New Moon Women’s Circle & Gong Bath

A four-hour women’s circle inspired by the opening story of Women Who Run With the Wolves — the myth of La Loba, who gathers the bones of what has been lost and sings life back into them.

This gathering offers a calm, contained space to slow down, reconnect with instinct and inner listening, and rest deeply through sound. The afternoon includes grounding practices, gentle reflection, and a long-form gong bath to support integration and nervous-system regulation.

Sharing is always optional. No experience is required.

Each session is preluded by the “Awakening to Your Ten Bodies” Kriya — a gentle preparatory practice to organise the system, support balance, and make it easier to settle into meditation without force.

This is not about doing more, but about allowing less interference.
Through daily practice, the system learns to settle.

This evening is guided by Yogi Yogeshwar & Prakashjot and draws on the timeless wisdom of Kali and Gorakh (Garakh) — symbols of transformation, grounding, and inner strength.

Through meditation, sound, and stillness, we invite support for:
• emotional release
• deep rest and renewal
• gentle healing of old patterns
• reconnection with inner balance
