However: in the first week people will meditate from 3 to 7min. Then they can sit in the energy of the meditation when the advanced group carries on for 31min.

Second week people will be encouraged to increase the time and pumping to 11min. Everyone is invited to do the meditation in their own tempo. It’s an advanced, very deep practice that requires and induces self awareness and creativity. So patience pays.
