The times we training exclusively for aesthetics are gone.
We do want to be in shape, but the new goal is be physically, mentally and emotionally strong.
We don’t want just to be in shape, we want to be in shape and feel good in every area of life. At work, at our relationships, as a partner, as father/mother, son, daughter.
We want to feel connected with the divine energy, and be strong in order to be able to support and help those we love around us.
This is priceless…

I love being in nature — the sea, the forest, long hikes…
But this time, I was riding down a mountain on a snowboard. What a feeling.

There’s something powerful about learning a new skill at 47. It makes me feel alive. It makes me feel young. My mind feels young — and my body follows.

Growth doesn’t stop with age. If anything, it becomes more meaningful. Pushing myself, falling, getting back up, laughing, improving… that’s the real reward.

It was an incredible experience, and I’m so grateful to my snowboarding gang and .uk for the support, the encouragement, and the great vibes. Here’s to many more adventures together.
