Beautiful people! Here sun is out and Iβm so happy to share some tips for self healing with music following few STEPS:
- choose music that relax you and motivate yourself when you need it.
- take 5 minutes a day for yourself and STOPβ Close your eyes and breath in through your nose, out from your mouth.
- When your thoughts π are spinning around STOP β Become aware of your surrounding look around, Listen to the sounds, become aware of smells and the taste in your mouth and come back into present.
