New year, same mission. ✨
No chasing fads, no switching lanes—just doubling down on what already works. Growth comes from focus, consistency, and sharpening your strengths, not reinventing yourself every January. Here’s to doing what you do best, better than ever. You probably do lots of the right things, just need help to be more consistent. dm me for free discovery chat to help with consistency

Almost end of the year so I’m thinking about my goals next year. Ten km race in Paris in march, half marathon in jersey in march. And maybe island walk ? Yes the island walk had to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I thought because I’m a runner and do a few half marathons a year, I could do the island walk. Well, lack of training of the north coast did not help. I almost gave up a few times. Walking along St Ouens by myself was the hardest. But friends, volunteers and wonderful walkers keep me going. So next time, I would like to do it as a relay. Anyone want to join me? It’s beautiful coastal paths, great achievement and promise bubbly at finish line.

Setting goals isn’t just about grinding nonstop. It’s about building a life where breaks are earned, memories are made, and growth still happens quietly. This holiday is proof that discipline and enjoyment can exist in the same season. Maybe change is good for your fitness goals.

✨ WELLBEING ON THE GO ✨

Travel days don’t have to mean letting go of your routine or your goals — in fact, they can be the perfect reminder that wellbeing is something we carry with us, no matter where we are. 🌴☀️

Whether it’s enjoying a simple beachside meal, choosing fresh fruits on the boat, or just listening to what your body needs, wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about balance — nourishing food, movement, rest, and letting yourself be present.

And most importantly…
💪 Push yourself.
Push yourself to try new things.
Push yourself to move your body even when you’re tired.
Push yourself to fuel your day with foods that make you feel good.
Push yourself to keep your routine alive, even in small ways — because those small choices add up.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to stay committed to you.
A little intention goes a long way, even from a long-tail boat in the middle of paradise. 🛶💚 #

Travel doesn’t break consistency — rigid goals do. So I have adjusted my goals here. Keeping consistent is most important. I’m walking and climbing steps instead of running.

When your environment changes, your strategy needs to change too. Expecting yourself to maintain the same routines, pace, and output while travelling is often what leads to burnout, guilt, or giving up altogether.

Consistency is not about doing everything the same way. It’s about staying connected to your priorities in a way that fits your current season.

That might mean shorter workouts instead of skipping movement completely.
Simpler habits instead of an all-or-nothing mindset.
Progress that looks quieter — but still counts.

Adjusting your goals isn’t a setback. It’s a skill.
It’s how you stay disciplined without being rigid, committed without being harsh, and consistent without burning out.

If you can adapt your goals to your reality, you don’t lose momentum — you protect it.

If you’re travelling right now (or about to), take a moment today to redefine one goal so it fits your current life — not your ideal one.
Save this post for the days you feel “off track,” and comment CONSISTENT if you’re choosing progress over perfection.

This is your reminder that Christmas doesn’t have to be perfect.
The decorations don’t have to match.
The meals don’t have to impress.
The moments don’t have to look like everyone else’s.

What does matter is kindness.
Compassion.
And choosing to do something—anything—for someone who needs it.

This season, let’s release the pressure to make everything perfect and redirect that energy toward giving. Donate if you can. Volunteer if you’re able. Check in on someone who might be struggling.

A perfect Christmas fades.
Love and generosity last.

🤍🎄 what you doing this holiday season to show caring ?
