Well that did not work out so well. Too much truffle taste so maybe just maple syrup next time . Recipe 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tbsp each of maple syrup and truffle maple syrup Blend fir few minutes and done yummy and high protein

Quick snack for today, cottage cheese and raspberries. Nutrition dense Approximate combined nutrition
• Calories: ~150–180
• Protein: ~14–16 g
• Carbs: ~16–18 g
• Fiber: ~7–8 g
• Fat: ~2–4 g (depends on cottage cheese fat level)
• Sugar (natural): ~8–10 g

This combo is high-protein, high-fiber, and relatively low in calories. try it today

Thanks to for asking me to post a recipe for energy balls. They contain 190g dried apricots
70 g rolled oats I used steel cut
20 g desiccated coconut and more for rolling
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 tbsp maple syrup

I used my thermomix but just throw all in food processor. Roll into 16 balls. Can store in refrigerator for days. Good for the little ones, afternoon snack or when on the go. High in fibre.

Congrats to Tom and Jess for tying the knot last Friday and having a new little shop to help people become gluten free or low gluten. They accept the gluten free vouchers too. They have lots of products if you want to reduce the gluten in your diet, even yummy bread. So if you are celiac or have a gluten intolerance, this shop is a must to visit.
