So excited to be testing the Emteq mindful eating glasses this Monday along with the volunteers. . We will learn our chewing speeds, bite amounts, food related to tummy issues. Lots more using the new app. I have healthy snacks ready for testing. Mindful eating can be a powerful tool for weight loss because it helps you slow down, tune into your body’s hunger and fullness cues, and build a healthier relationship with food. Instead of eating on autopilot, you become more aware of portion sizes, emotional triggers, and satisfaction levels, which naturally reduces overeating. When combined with GLP-1 support, which helps regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve blood sugar control, mindful eating becomes even more effective. Together, they create a balanced approach—where your body and mind work in sync—making weight loss feel less restrictive and more sustainable over time.

Yes it’s Friday and what a crazy week it’s been. My week did get out of control but got up early today for yoga with Maud. Feeling better already. Plans for self care over weekend? I’ll be on my e-bike.

Well that was a fun challenge! Practicing yoga in French was definitely out of my comfort zone, but thanks to and my instructors Tina and Siobhan , I'm motivated to keep going. The instructor here was great, and I even learned some new French words. It's amazing how much harder it is in another language, but it's still better than going solo. Now I'm singing 'Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes' in French to remember my body parts! Anyone else try something new recently?

No protein powder needed! ¼ cup Cocoa Powder, ¼ cup Peanut Butter, ⅓ cup Maple Syrup, 1 cup steel cut Rolled Oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds. Out for my am walk today and had to stop and look at these beautiful horses. Choose peace, even when life feels loud. 🌿Find your peaceful place like these horses in field.
Not every day will be perfect, but there is always something good to hold onto — a small win, a quiet moment, a lesson learned.

Protect your energy.
Celebrate your progress.
Be kind to yourself in ways you wish others had been.

You’re growing, even when it doesn’t feel like it. ✨

Resetting today after wonderful weekend in Paris. 10K = done 🏁

Somewhere between “this is fun” and “why did I sign up for this” 😅
Legs are finished, lungs had a few complaints… but we got it done.

Now entering: eat healthy & walk like a penguin mode 🐧😂

Today wasn’t just about running through Paris—it was about running for our health 🫀🏃‍♀️

Every step was a reminder that our bodies are powerful, and taking care of them matters. From heart health to mental strength, movement is medicine—and today we celebrated that together.

Proud to be part of something that raises awareness, encourages healthier lives, and brings people together for a cause that truly matters 💙

Let’s keep choosing ourselves, our health, and our future—one step at a time.

Happy Friday and sharing my thought for Paris race. Becoming the best version of yourself isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress.

It’s choosing growth over comfort.
Discipline over excuses.
Self-love over self-doubt.

Some days you’ll feel unstoppable. Other days, just showing up is your biggest win—and that counts too.

You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re evolving.

Keep going. The version of you that you’re working for is already proud.
