The body has this tendency to collect junk emotionally, physically and spiritually. Sometimes it manifests in confusion, dysfunction, illness, depression or anxiety. The aim is to help you go to the root and release each affect, layer by layer. Forms of assistance- a place of calm, a place to laugh and share your thoughts, a place to make a new friend to speak to strangers. Therapy available are Energy Healing such as Reiki and Sekhem, Counselling, Self-love focus and affirmations, Self-Esteem boosting.
