💕10 year anniversary of treating this special lady’s lips They are so beautiful ( and so is she , inside and out !) and I really wanted to show that how regular spaced out treatments with well placed high quality filler can create lips like these - NO DISSOLVE ever needed , no migration or bumps , the borders are intact and defined ! Just a natural enhancement to define , add volume and hydration using Juvederm fillers continuously

💋after the initial build over 2 years we then top these up around once a year when a boost feels needed , this time with just 0.5ml to redefine and volumise

💉 I don’t disagree that filler dissolving can be needed occasionally but is rarely needed when enhancements are carried out with skill , patience and good aftercare by the practitioner and the patient

Our new patient loved her smile transformation! These photos are 2 weeks apart, using 2 painless injections to relax the obicularis oris muscle
😊It was really nice that she showed so much of her lovely teeth when smiling but she felt her smile showed a little too much pink gum , known as “gummy smile”, so with careful assessment and appropriate treatment this can be corrected for a natural looking more relaxed smile

👩🏼‍⚕️ Worried fillers will look fake and unnatural, particularly if you are male ? Well placed filler should be undetectable but deliver maximum rejuvenation effects . Please don’t rule out fillers as a treatment option due to the bad press they get !

💉High quality fillers chosen well, placed safely and correctly in line with your individual anatomy means minimal amounts may be needed for restoring lost volume and as yet there is nothing available that can provide such subtle changes in the same way !

👩🏼‍⚕️We used a carefully curated treatment plan over a period of less than a year , combining treatments such as subtle fillers to the nasolabial folds and the mid face to lift , tear trough treatment , lip filler , lip flip and wrinkle relaxation treatments . We also worked on skin quality with regular profhilo treatments and skin boosters and maintain her treatments every 4-6 months or so to ensure maximum long lasting results!

👂 Not only does the ear age just like the rest of the body, but it also continues to grow throughout your life ! The lobe becomes wrinkled , thinner and more lax, often with noticeable vertical lines and slits can appear too around piercing holes

☀️ Ears are almost always exposed to the sun but we rarely think to apply sunscreen here so there is also environmental damage ( please do this !)

💍 Also another cause of ear ageing is of course wearing earrings , particularly heavy ones … but we love our earrings !

💉 SO what can we do to improve the earlobes and counteract the ageing process here ? There are surgical options of course . and also less invasive treatments such as polynucleotides and PRP but also a simple dermal filler treatment can really improve the lines , plump the lobes and add hydration !

💉treatment can be done in 30 mins and is virtually painless with minimal risk of bruising , we advise avoiding earrings for a week afterwards ( full aftercare advice will be given )
