What an incredible last-minute collaboration with the wonderful Trinity Goldie — turning a spontaneous idea into a beautiful day of healing, connection, friendship, and deep discovery of our sovereign hearts. From the powerful energy work and hands-on Reiki sessions to the sound healing, shared circles, and those moments of pure stillness and joy, it was truly special to witness everyone opening up, supporting one another, and reconnecting with their inner light.
A special shoutout to all the amazing souls who joined us — your presence, openness, and beautiful energy made the space feel so safe and uplifting. Whether you were receiving Reiki, lying back with the sound baths, chatting over tea, or simply being there in community, thank you for showing up exactly as you are. 💫
Colet House provided the perfect serene backdrop, and collaborating with Trinity brought such a beautiful flow of transformation and heart-centered wisdom. Days like this remind me why I love this work so much — it's all about coming home to ourselves and to each other.

During the Second World War, a group of people stopped whatever they were doing at a specific time every night to pray for peace and safety for everyone. They did this every day, and it was as if the whole city paused — such was the power of prayer. The result was so overwhelming that the bombing stopped shortly afterward!

Now once again some people are organizing. A group of people around the world has agreed to spend one minute praying for the safety of our countries, for the end of the problems that oppress us, and for God to guide the decisions of our leaders.

We will gather every day for one minute at the designated time to pray for world peace. Just pause and pray wherever you are:
