My Darling Sista Star, Where do I even Start with Leaving a Review of what I can only explain as a 'Life Changing Weekend at The Cabana Retreat' With You Sweetheart. I Knew the Very Moment I Booked the Weekend with You that I Had Made The Right Decision and this was Clarified when You came and Met Me as Soon as I Arrived A Huge Glowing Smile, Looking Fresh as a Daisy and Greeting Me with Such Sincerity. When it comes to gratitude for everything you did, said, and Lovingly Listened To, I am in awe of you, Darling.
Thank You So Much for Not Just The Space You Held For Me, but For Allowing Me to Let Go, Release, Relax and in Giving Me All The Time I Needed To Recover from what Sometimes Mentally Exhausted Me.
The Food was Absolutely Incredible, Full of Colour, Nutritional, Very Tasty and Definetely Left Me Feeling Energised, Full and Glowing.
The Added Bonus was that I Got to Have That Fantastic Jacket Potato I'd Been Craving All Weekend before I Left.
Our Daily Walks were Always Incorporated with Loving Excercises of Renewal and 'Just Being', 'Accepting of The Place we were at that Moment in Time' and EnjoyMoment of it. Another Huge Thank you I Must Give To You is for Giving Up Your Space to Ensure that I had A Good Nights Rest Ready for Another Glorious Day and which Wasn't Included in My Booking
This in itself Shows What A Truly Beautiful Soul You Really Are.
I absolutely loved that We Laughed So Much, We Meditated, We Gave Continuous Gratitude, and at Times I Even Cried. And Still amongst all of those Mixed Emotions, You Held Me Whilst Still Holding Space for Me to 'Let It All Go'.
I've been home now 11 days, and as I say 'The Proof Is In The Pudding'. Where Once for Unhealed Parts of Me, Particular Persons would Spark Me, that is No Longer So and I Have Found Myself Filled with Absolute Love.
There are No More Sparks and No More Trying To Understand Why I Felt That Way, I've Found a Newness in Myself that Can Only Be Described as 'Pure Love'.
Thank You for Allowing Me The Oppurtunity to 'See Myself In A New Light', which is an incredible feeling that I have Carried Forward Everyday since Leaving Your Retreat.
Not only have I Learned To Love Myself More, but I Have Gained A Friend For Life in spending time with you and That In Itself is A True Blessing.
You Glow With Love, and You Are A Divine Being with A Heart of Gold and I Would Recommend 100% that Anyone and Everyone Should take the Oppurtunity to Spend Time With You on This Wonderful Retreat.
From Meditation To Reiki, From Gratitude To Releasing, We All Need These Positive Actions in Our Lives.
