‼️This is a wake up call for Labour‼️

Commenting on the Gorton and Denton by-election result, Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said:

"If Labour needed any further wake up calls - this is clearly one. Labour need to now ditch the gimmicks and get back to being Labour - not new, not one that plays games, but real Labour".

This defeat for The Labour Party Labour comes as no surprise to the organisers and workers campaigning for a resolution to the bin strike in Birmingham. Labour are toxic everywhere we go. In some areas they've even seemingly thrown the towel in, not turning up to advertised canvassing sessions like in yesterday.

Birmingham Labour Labour need to stop their own game playing, set the date for face to face negotiations, and get the bin strike resolved.
