I’m a jewellery designer passionate about merging creativity with conscious living. Every piece I create is intentionally infused with Reiki and sound healing tools that have supported my own journey and that I now share to empower yours. Through sacred rituals, I energise each design with healing frequencies and purposeful intention, offering more than just adornment, these are wearable reminders of your inner power, clarity, and connection. Happy Moon Day 🌙

Some days I forget I am a jewellery designer but when I see these beauties I remember how much I enjoy the creativity and magic in designing and need to share it more.

These Luna Blush Earrings are designed to feel like tiny clouds of light suspended from the ears.

Delicate rose quartz stones are threaded along a fine gold-filled chain, creating the illusion of floating blush-toned droplets that move effortlessly with you. At the base, a petite crescent moon charm rests like a quiet symbol of intuition, femininity, and the ever-changing rhythms of life.

In February I taught my first level 1 Reiki course and it was MAGIC!

We learnt, we spoke about energy and protection, auras, healing, how Reiki works, lineage and so much more with practical hands on Reiki experience

It was such an honour to teach these powerful women and support their curiosity about Reiki and how it will support themselves and the ones they share and practice on.

It was a reminder that when we give Reiki we also receive Reiki and that it’s a feeling of love and gratitude. That we are all connected and that there is magic all around us.

I am excited to announce that on Sunday April 19th I’ll back to teach and guide you to learn about how you can support yourself and loved ones, furry friends, crystals, food, coffee with the power of Reiki.

Learning to work with energy and how to come home to yourself and tools to relax and embody a calmness within that is so vital in our current climate.

I n t e r n a t i o n a l W o m e n s D a y

Today is about striving for a world where all women and girls feel safe, heard, respected, have equality, and the same rights no matter where they live in the world.

Our ancestors that have fought for these basic rights that we often take for granted on a daily basis would be appalled and disgusted with today’s society.

In a world of turmoil and upheaval where women and girls to this day still live in fear, oppression, harassment, a lack of education, lack of hygiene products, a failing medical system for our health, and violence on a daily basis is unacceptable.

The lack of accountability for what is coming to light to victims with the Epstein files is fu***ng unacceptable and the fact that women were/are part of this is makes no sense at all.

We still have child marriages - 12 million a year, honour killings in our modern society even in countries such as the UK which blows my mind and makes me sick.

We all deserve to feel safe and secure in our environments and to be treated with respect and dignity and be able to support and lift each other up.

So today honour how far you have come and what you can achieve and spread awareness of those women who do not have a voice or luxury to do so and use it to speak for them.

Remember we are strong, fearless, compassionate, loving and these are the vibrations that help to create a better collective. The feminine energy is rising and creating stronger bonds allowing us to connect to our intuition and power.

Radiate your light within, allow yourself to show up fully, to not play small and take up the damn space as you make the world a brighter place.

Change starts from small steps, from speaking up and communicating and is doing just that for spreading awareness of child marriages and trying to it stop it. Please go follow and support in anyway you can

It’s been a year working at this beautiful space and being self employed.

It was a challenging and such enriching year filled with new experiences, opportunities, ways of being, new people and learning.

I’ve had moments of giving up and running back to corporate life but I persevered and so glad that I didn’t as I can’t imagine what life would be like.

Without discomfort growth doesn’t flow, and we need to push our ourselves in order to grow and evolve into who we’re meant to be.

I’m looking forward to what this year ahead brings and expansion it brings.

Friday 13 holds a lot of superstition but where did this superstition stem from? The number 13 is considered unlucky in Western culture often because of The Last Supper that was attended by 13 people, including Jesus, then the following day he was crucified.

According to legend a year that consisted of 13 Full Moons instead of 12 would cause problems for Monks as they were in charge of creating the calendars. The problem was that this would upset their regular arrangement of Church festivals and thus the number 13 became unlucky.

The Pagans and Celtic calendar was based on the lunar cycle. Each year was made of 13 months (or moons), and each was 28ish days long.

Then the number 13 is often linked with negativity BUT, in numerology it is a karmic debt number so the universe will spread more spiritual awareness and create positive vibes, as long as you try to radiate them in the first place.

In numerology, you reduce double or triple-digit numbers down to one figure. For the number 13, you add 1+3=4. You can also look at 1 and 3 separately and use these meanings to understand the number.

The number 1 symbolises energy, motivation, momentum, power, and action. It’s about paving the way forward, setting goals, and being proactive to make things happen.

The number 3 symbolises a childish, playful innocence. This is because 1 (masculine) + 2 (feminine) = 3 (the child). This number is all about creativity, having fun, being curious, and expressing love and joy. It has a youthful and positive energy to it.

When we think of the calendar year being ruled by the moon this is because it mirrors menstrual cycles and is feminine by nature (while the sun is masculine). The infinite life, death, and rebirth cycle, along with blood, fertility, and creation, are feminine cycles. This means that the number 13 holds a lot of feminine power.

Friday is also ruled by Venus the plant of pleasure, beauty, sensuality, and love so take time to honour these elements and allow yourself some pleasure and beauty whilst having fun and letting your inner child play 🖤

I still work with Children, I haven’t posted in a while about it because - life and balancing everything! Also I’m often focused on the here and now working with them and their privacy is paramount so they feel safe.

I just had to share this cute piece of art work from a little sweet soul who found herself relaxing and dreaming she was floating along a cloud! ☁️

Working with sound and drawing for children is such a joy! To see how their little nervous systems are unwinding, then expressing themselves through drawing and writing for creative reflection. It’s very much needed with their daily life pressure, activities, education and learning about themselves.

You can find me every Monday at 4:30pm for an after school wind down class to help them reset and rest 🧚🏼‍♀️

New class alert

Join me starting Saturday 7th of February, 10am for a 50 minute journey of hands on reiki and sound healing.

You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation with Reiki energy supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, release, and restore.

Followed by gentle sounds of frosted singing bowls to calm an overactive nervous system and release held tension and emotional weight.

A reset for your nervous system as you simply come as you are to receive and relax

The Five Principles of Reiki, a way of living consciously of that reminder we are connected to something much bigger than ourselves.

A mantra if you will of a way to live, in a chaotic and unnerving world where it is easy to feel lost and overwewhelemd these principles can be your guiding light and anchor.

My personal favourite is: I will be kind to every living being …

This is the reminder that we are all connected - the seen and the unseen, that we are all made of energy no matter what form, that we should treat everything with kindness as it has a ripple effect onto the world. The more we spread kindness the more it can help elevate the collective, bringing an awareness to how we move in the world.

I feel that is something we could all use right now and that this feeling and understanding grows once you begin on your Reiki journey.

Happy Moon Day!

We often talk about the Full and New Moon but never often focus on the in between phases.

Today we begin the working week in our First Quarter Phase in Ta**us activating the area of the Throat Chakra - here to support us in all forms of communication and expressing our creativity.

The First Quarter Moon appears as a half-lit sphere, with the right side illuminated and the left side in shadow. It symbolises a time of action, challenges, focus and commitment. As we begin to take action towards our intentions set during the New Moon. It’s a phase to reassess, make adjustments, and move forward with determination.

Often associated with our Follicular phase and season of Spring

Then from Tuesday we shift gears to our Waxing Gibbous where we will remain for the rest of the week until we reach the Full Moon.

The Waxing Gibbous Moon phase represents a time of refinement and preparation. As the Moon continues to grow and illuminate the night sky, this phase urges us to analyse our progress, make necessary adjustments, and hone our path towards our goals. It’s a period to be diligent, detail-oriented, make tweaks for the larger picture while remaining committed to our intentions.

The Waxing Gibbous phase encourages us to be patient and persistent, as we prepare for the culmination of our efforts in the Full Moon.

Also often associated with our Follicular phase and season of Spring
