The experienced team at St Vincent's House provides personalised nursing and dementia care for older people on a permanent or respite basis. St Vincent's House has a real family feel and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The home is bright and spacious with beautiful facilities including a comfy cinema room, a vintage tea room café, as well as a sun lounge and activity room. The home and grounds are fully wheelchair accessible, so residents can enjoy relaxing in large garden space, or even getting involved in the weeding and planting. Residents at St Vincent's House have their own unique, personalised care plans, which are continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Today, lovely residents enjoyed a relaxing and joyful flower arranging activity. With petals, colours, and plenty of smiles, they created beautiful floral displays that brightened both our home and our hearts.

It was wonderful to see everyone expressing their creativity—some carefully choosing colours, others sharing stories and memories inspired by their favourite flowers. The room was filled with laughter, concentration and a real sense of pride in their masterpieces.

These simple moments bring so much joy, connection, and confidence—and the results were absolutely stunning! 💐✨

Ladies and gents were all ears as Emma delivered yet another magnificent performance.

The residents were truly entertained and absolutely loved her music. Some sang along, while others simply closed their eyes and soaked in the wonderful melodies Emma shared.

TimeGivers together with Kensington Primary Academy, brightened a gloomy day with their presence at St. Vincent’s.

Everything we saw was so genuine—the care, the smiles, and the heartfelt engagement the children shared truly melted our hearts. There were so many stories exchanged, activities that brought joy, and messages that touched us deeply.

Couldn’t be prouder!

Residents never stop exploring new skills that spark their interest.

They created wonderful artwork through sewing, happily crafting some fantastic Christmas decorations using simple cloth and thread.

Zoolab visited us again today, and the residents had a wonderful range of reactions to the different animals presented. There were lots of “wooow!” and a few “ewww!”, some curious “interesting…” and delighted “ooohhh!”.

It was another fantastic day of exploration, and the majority of the residents shared that they truly enjoyed the animals’ visit 😊

A Lovely Day Out!

The cold weather didn’t stop our residents from enjoying a wonderful trip to a beautiful landmark, topped off with a warm cup of tea and coffee.

Residents enjoyed a wonderfully fun and interactive afternoon! 🎲🧩🏗️

There was plenty of laughter and friendly competition as everyone joined in with classic games like Snakes and Ladders, got creative building colourful towers with blocks, and worked together on jigsaw puzzles.

It was fantastic to see residents reminiscing, problem-solving, and sharing moments of joy with one another. Activities like these not only bring smiles but also encourage connection, teamwork, and a real sense of community. ❤️

Another lovely afternoon filled with play, conversation, and togetherness!
