There's nothing quite like fear to get the adrenaline flowing and that's great if you need to run for your life but if fear is your natural state of being then you're in trouble. The immune system can only take so much adrenaline before it starts to suffer and manifest illness in the body. So in troubled times like this it's important to stay calm and retain your health. Sxx
