Yoga Between the Commons An Iyengar Yoga class sets in a beautiful studio. 60- 90 minute classes to strengthen, align and stretch the body. I am a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher.

Practice awareness throughout the body, breath and mind. My yoga classes are all about being healthy and happy. Through right practice of yoga asanas you can improve different issues in your body, whether it's muscle strength, relieving painful or stiff areas, increase flexibility and more... You will also learn how to calm the mind,and develop awareness to the breath which is something that we are all in need of (:
In Iyengar yoga, we use props to allow everybody to benefit from the poses, and feel good while doing them. There's emphasis on alignment, and precision in the practice so at the end of class you feel better both physically and mentally.
