this week we’re spotlighting fermented foods! why not try adding the following to your rotation: 
🥬 could you try adding a little kimchi or sauerkraut to your plate.
🥤 or if you’re craving a fizzy fix? try kombucha. same fizz, more gut love.
🥣 yoghurt bowl for brekkie? live cultures for the win. add a dollop of kefir for an extra ferment boost.
🍞 eggs on toast? can’t go wrong! eggs on sourdough toast? even better.
