Looking after our energy body is just as important as looking after our physical body.

Energy is the living, vibrating ground of your being, and it is your body's natural self-healing elixir, its natural medicine.

This energy medicine, feeds your body and soul, and attending to it restores your natural vitality. Energy healing is the science and the art of optimising your energies to help your body and mind function at its best.

In that moment when I realised this, a lightbulb lit up in my head, in all the personal development work I was doing, I realised all this time I had been ignoring the energetic aspect of my personal growth. There’s one question I get asked a lot and that is “Sukie, how do I find my purpose, or how do I know if I am truly living my purpose?” I don’t know about you but the word ‘purpose’ can be so confusing because when we don’t know the answer, it feels too big to sit into that unknowingness, so we ignore it!

Where we find our ‘uniqueness’, most call it your ‘purpose’ I feel that word is overused and causes too much confusion and frustration, I call it living in ‘ultimate alignment, living a soul aligned life’! It’s Reconnecting with your true self allowing that inner compass to lead.

There’s nothing more painful than trying to live your life the way everyone expects you to live it, betraying your own soul just so you can please the world around you.
