I am beyond honoured to share that out of more than 60 speakers at this year’s flow! Summit, my session has been voted one of the Top 6 Favourite Talks. ✨🎉🎉

Today is a Bonus Day celebrating the six sessions that resonated most with viewers, and I’m grateful to be featured alongside Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Tom Campbell, Matt Cooke and Anne-Marie Pereira.

In my talk; The Quantum Self: Rewiring Time, Realigning Energy & Returning to Flow, I explore how unresolved timelines keep influencing the present until the system returns to coherence. When that happens, physiology changes and perception expands, creating new pathways and a future that can be consciously directed rather than unconsciously repeated.

In QuantumSelf Psychology™ I teach that whilst what happened in your past can’t change, how it lives within you absolutely can.

When you revisit a memory in a state of safety, your brain can update the emotional charge - which is how pain can become wisdom and old patterns finally release.
