The lovely Vicky explain what happens when you first visit our practice. Your first appointment lasts about an hour, where our practitioner performs simple tests on your nerves, muscles, and joints, and we take postural pictures. There’s typically no treatment in the first visit as we prepare a report for you.

In your second appointment, also around an hour long, we review all your test results, explain how we can help you, recommend a treatment course, and take another set of postural pictures.

After that, appointments are shorter, usually around fifteen minutes, depending on what your body needs.

We’re here to answer any questions you have at reception.
