Practising is hard work sometimes. When we’re dealing with complex hashtag like PTSD, depression, and anxiety, it takes some elbow grease to get yourself to a more mentally-well space.

Some memories leave us with emotional triggers which can unknowingly control how we perceive our hashtag and handle the constant changes of daily life: these emotional impact , relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Pawan Rajpal is a Consultant Psychiatrist ADHD Aspergers Autism specialist practicing at The Priory Hospital in Bristol, and at Harley Street in London. Additionally he works with Special Needs Schools, treating children who struggle to identify, manage and express their emotions and therefore present with challenging and disruptive behaviors.

He has been trained in the prestigious Guys and St Thomas Psychiatry rotation in London and further specialised in the Bristol Rotation. He was been an Honorary Lecturer at The Department of Ethics at The University of Bristol, and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Law. He is further skilled in diagnosing Trauma and managing it through cutting edge techniques such as EMDR. He is also a trained Mentor and Coach and works with clients to help overcome personal road-blocks and therefore change internal cognitive processes to maximize their personal outcomes.

Due to over 20 Years of experience, practicing psychiatry internationally, he has observed adults, families and children with a variety of challenges and has been able learn why children and adults present with certain specific behaviors and how to modify them for the best outcome while minimizing stress.

His methodology for work is outcome focused and centered around the clients needs. Working on an individual, with small groups and large audiences, he works in a step-by-step manner to clearly work out a plan for success; identifying and removing self-defeating beliefs and behaviors, so that each person who comes into contact with his work, is motivated to change their lives in the way they have always wished for. The skills and strategies he imparts are relatable, repeatable and will help you build the base for thriving relationships, successful families and a fulfilling life.
