The dedication, passion, and drive shown was incredible, with some amazing ideas on new offerings, improvement of current products and processes, and more! This has really highlighted the benefits of employee-ownership in creating a rewarding culture for everyone involved – an exciting future lies ahead!

Alex Binks led a Q&A session with our new co-heads, Stephanie Wasek and Josephine Gilbride, before he embarks on an exciting journey to join our Synergy Vision team in Sydney. Strengthening our global bonds and getting set to create even greater synergies!

Another great SV Christmas party knees-up! We celebrated in classic SV style: everyone together with big sparkles, big plates of food and even bigger price-matched donations to causes we care about. Thanks to everyone for a memorable night, and thanks to The Trussell Trust and Crisis for their crucial work providing food, warmth, companionship and vital services this winter.

It’s – a day to talk, be considerate, and show others you care!

According to the Mental Health Foundation, it is estimated that as many as 1 in 6 people experienced a common mental health problem in the past week. Statistics like this show us why it’s so important that we ‘make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority’.

Today, our Synergy Vision employee-owners are wearing green to show colleagues, loved ones, or simply those we may walk past that we care about their mental health. Let’s raise awareness and !
