Love being a small part of Southgate Beaumont ###x

It was so lovely to have our gorgeous yoga teacher back in our home today, after the summer break.
Dai is so popular with our residents, and her big beautiful smile, positive energy and gentle movements, make this class inclusive to everyone. Dai is with us every fortnight, building up confidence and stamina gradually.

Calling all St Paul’s School parents.
We have availability for 2 lovely classes this term ❤️
Wednesday lunchtime for year 3 and
Wednesday afterschool years 1-2 ❤️
If I say so myself these classes are just gorgeous! Because I know most of the children well from nursery we can get stuck into having so much self esteem boosting, confidence building yoga fun. I just love being a teeny tiny part of their lives x
I need to get my registers in on Friday so if you are thinking you’d like your child to come and get bendy, happy and calm with me just give me a shout ❤️

Back to work I go! Year 53!!!
My summer in my garden planting seeds of joy, positivity confidence and self love into the children is over ❤️ what an incredible honour it is to do that every summer ❤️ Back to my nurseries, schools, adult classes and care homes this week- I’m so lucky to call this work ❤️ happy September ❤️

Inner peace and inner love ❤️ That’s it!❤️ And if you don’t have inner peace and inner love just keep looking for them- everywhere you go!- you’ll find them- just keep digging! It’s in you! Took a while to find mine! But I’m surrounded by it now ### keep going x much love x ❤️
