In honour of International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible woman behind FitFor — our founder, Elizabeth Sharp

For over 45 years, Elizabeth has cared for the FitFor community as a leading UK physiotherapist. She built her own practice — which remains the heart of FitFor today — and has worked as a lead physio across the dance, entertainment and sporting worlds.

She was also one of the first British physios to combine Pilates with physiotherapy, creating the foundations of the Pilates studio and classes you all know and love today.

Her passion, vision and dedication continue to shape everything we do🧡
