Palm2Palm is a family run care agency, which delivers high quality care for individuals who wish to stay in their own homes. Palm2Palm’s carers are fully trained, competent and confident in the care they deliver. We have had a recent CQC inspection which has been rated GOOD.

What we are looking for:
Ø English/ Turkish/ Greek speaking carers
Ø We are looking for compassionate, caring, hardworking carers who are looking to support and make a difference in people’s lives
Ø Preferred drivers
Ø Full time/ Part time/ Weekends (alternating)

Duties and responsibilities:
Ø Providing emotional support that encourages independence and maximises abilities, by promoting good mental health and physical wellbeing.
Ø Carers at all times will ensure that the client’s dignity, privacy, individuality and freedom of choice are respected.
Ø Carers will maintain confidentiality at all times
Ø Assisting a person to undertake as many of their own personal care tasks as possible.
Ø Encouraging a person to be confident in their own abilities.
Ø Providing assistance with washing, dressing, feeding, toileting
Ø Assisting with medication, that helps the client understand how to self-manage
Ø Assistance with mobility that encourages independence

Areas being covered:
N13, N9, N18, N14, N21, EN1, EN2, EN3, EN4
We will try to keep you in one area to get as many hours as possible without travel.
