Pub Run Club!🏃‍♀️🍻

This year some of our pubs teamed up with to turn New Year’s resolutions into something social, supportive and genuinely positive.

The Run Club pubs (, & ) did a great job of bringing local runners together to move, connect and feel safer heading out during these colder, darker evenings.

From Regent’s Canal to Victoria Park, the energy showed just how powerful running together can be - especially when it’s followed by a well-deserved pint and a natter, afterwards!🍺

‘The Base Invaders’ battled ‘The Battering Rams’ yesterday as teams from Copper House gathered to play a game of rounders! 🐏🏏

The Base Invaders ruled victorious and were recipients of a gleaming gold trophy 🏆 And bragging rights for the rest of the month, of course.

All departments were invited to come along and get involved, from our Finance and I.T teams to Operations and HR; everyone was welcome!

£800 was raised from our raffle throughout the day too, in aid of our charity partner 🎉

The event ended with some delicious drinks and food in the sunshine at ☀️🍺🍔

8 Young’s General Managers were invited to celebrate their success at achieving a score of 900+ on our customer feedback platform, .

Champagne and canapés were enjoyed at the rooftop, before the group headed to where drinks were toasted, delicious food feasted, and a wonderful evening was had by all! ✨

With an industry benchmark of 710, our best in class General Managers really have pulled out all the stops in offering their customers only the very best service resulting in scores 900 and above!👏🏻
