New courses begin in September!
My teaching style is particularly suited for beginners and the general attitude is to ’come as you are’ and bring all your baggage with you and we can work together to make friends with our difficult and critical parts and learn how to live in a friendly manner towards ourselves. We learn that everything is workable if we make time to understand ourselves.
