Here’s a snapshot of a recent premium home gym install my company supplied for a luxury home in Notting Hill, London.

We have been grateful and WeMakeGyms to have been very busy throughout the pandemic and this project was fulfilled during lockdown 2.0.

We were happy with designing a gym that maximised exercise range and efficacy despite a small basement space. More info coming soon!

I have just finished the 7 day purification period of my 21 day microbiome purify programme with the help of my awesome friend and colleague and .

After long months in lockdown for all of us across the world - I’ve decided to sort my body and my mind out with a proper detox!

It’s a controversial topic - and quite misunderstood! From tea-toxing to coffee enemas and everything in between there are lots of options out there! Often targeted from a purely weight loss based approach there is lots of dangerous advice out there from many sources (not going to name drop!) so I would advise to do your research and if it seems to good to be true - it probably is!

A healthy way to detox is to combine a controlled elimination diet combined with healthy food based supplements. Starting with no red meat, caffeine, processed foods or junk food of any description and taking a product like Nature’s Sunshine Healthy Starter Programme is a good option!
