Here is a lovely lady who had thought about having rhinoplasty for years, disliking her nose because it was too big, she had a convex profile with a drooping tip and was deviated.

This type of nose is full of potential traps for surgery with her thin skin, the possibility of nasal airway collapse and residual asymmetry.
Using all the modern technologies of Piezo ultrasonics, variations of dorsal preservation rhinoplasty, regenerative medicine technology and augmenting her skin with fascia grafts we were able to obtain this lovely result at eight months.

She is naturally delighted with the result and we thank her for putting her trust in us at Rhinoplasty London.
