"You should always feel the benefits of massage and you are welcome, just as you are.

However, there are some steps you can take to prepare the body and to maximise the benefits you will feel during and after your treatment.

๐Ÿ’ฆ Hydrate! To help your muscles flush toxins
๐Ÿšซ Avoid caffeine โ˜• and alcohol ๐Ÿท to support hydration
๐Ÿ— Try to eat only a light meal before your treatment
๐Ÿ‘— Wear loose clothes, which are comfortable to put back on when you are relaxed
โณ Try to arrive in good time, so you can settle in
๐Ÿ‘ฑ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Tie back long hair so that it is out of your way!
