Sadly my good friends Ruth and Marcel had a son - Donnie who died after only 142 days. It has been a year since his passing and they have created a wonderful charity called Donnie's Fund. The purpose of Donnie's Fund is to support families in the Neonatal Unit of University College London Hospital.
I am running a marathon and a half to raise money for this wonderful charity.

Top Tooth Tip. No. 7. Use mouthwash. Make sure you opt for an alcohol-free. The benefits of a mouthwash are that they can reach areas not touched by brushing alone. Rinse twice a day – once in the morning and last thing at night and always after brushing.
