Cervical Cancer Prevention Week is a reminder to prioritise your cervical and pelvic health, talk openly about screening, and check when your next test is due - or book it if it’s time.
At LETO, we regularly help women prepare for cervical screening by addressing pelvic floor function, vaginal comfort, and exam-related anxiety, so that essential preventative care feels more manageable.
We know cervical screening can feel uncomfortable, stressful, or even scary — and that’s completely normal.
💛 The good news? Small changes can make a big difference. Techniques like pelvic floor relaxation, lubricants, positioning options, and clear communication can help make your experience easier.
If symptoms like vaginal dryness, pelvic floor tension, or anxiety are making screening difficult, know that support is available -you don’t have to put up with it.
Your pelvic health matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
We also want to celebrate the amazing women’s health champions in this space who are reshaping care to be more accessible, respectful, and patient-centred — like and 🙌
And finally, if you think you’re overdue for screening, contact your GP practice to check when your test is due.
