Have you considered starting or deepening a meditation practice but not known where to start? Join us for this three session course for insights into how to practice paying attention to the present moment with a sense of curiosity, without judgement, in formal practice and in daily life.
Developed by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, this course will take place on Zoom with teachers Joanna Brown and Sarah Laurie, who will guide practices and group discussions. Course materials and recordings are provided for home practice, with a recommended daily commitment of 15–20 minutes. The cost of the three session course is £45.
