Caring Hands is URGENTLY looking for staff Nurse and Health Care Assistants around the whole of the United Kingdom to join our expanding, friendly team of professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible, reliable shifts patterns, with a range of shifts available on weekdays, weekend, nights and day.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience of working with in Hospitals, Care Homes and Community for at least 1 year as a fully qualified nurse. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to take charge in critical situation when needed and be able to prioritise effectively in order to provide the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:

To provide a specialist assessment and treatment based upon comprehensive assessment of the individual service user needs from variety of source involved in the service user's care
To utilise outcome measures and feedback to improve clinical in line with clinical governance agendas.
To work as a team a cross a number of settings and able to adjust too different settings working patterns.
Requirements for Registered General Nurse Role ;

NMC PIN number
A strong Knowledge pf person-cantered care.
You'll be committed to learning and developing further
Knowledge of current care practices laid down by the CQC
A passion for delivering excellent standards to everyone in your care

Found this research article interesting. It is well worth the effort to involve our children in these activities. I was a Brownies and then went on to become a Girls Guide and found this confident boosting and developing mental and physical resilience.
It is just a piece of the jigsaw that fits in with other pieces to preserve mental soundness where this can be done.
