Stabilisers vs Mobilisers, why BOTH matter

Ever wondered why you can be “strong” but still feel tight, inefficient, or get niggling aches?
It often comes down to how your stabilisers and mobilisers are working together.

👉 Mobilisers = power, speed, big movements

We recently had an incredible talk from Jordan Stanton, a specialist sleep coach, all about the importance of sleep and practical ways to improve it. The session was tailored specifically to physiotherapy and how better sleep supports recovery, pain management, injury healing, and overall performance.

Hearing about his empowering story of his journey to becoming a sleep coach, talking through his own struggles with achieving a regular sleeping pattern to understanding how it helped influence his amazing sporting achievements. He is a force to be reckoned with and we are so excited to see what he has next in store.
