I am seeing a lot of people offering medical treatments and they are not medically registered nor do they have CQC registration.

Medical Law / Law is an area I love.

If you are not a registered practitioner and/or not CQC registered, you cannot offer medical treatment. Even if you are a non medic with CQC, you still cannot provide medical treatment.

If a claim is made against you as a practitioner, your insurance will be null and void, you may also face a criminal charge and end up with a criminal record.

Patients, know your practitioners qualifications and if they are CQC registered. Not GMC/NMC/HCPC/GPhC registered, they cannot perform medical treatments.

HCPC/GPhC are limited within what they are allowed to do medically, check what they can/cannot do. Just because they have trained in toxin and fillers does not mean they can treat all medical conditions.
