Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis)

A treatment which is designed to freeze and therefore destroy fat cells, ultimately aiming to assist you in reaching your weight management goals. Fat freezing is non-invasive and its technology has been approved by the FDA. The Cryo handle is applied to the treatment area targeted for fat loss. The handle uses advanced cooling technology to selectively target fat cells and freeze them. This procedure of fat removal by fat freezing is known as apoptosis (controlled cell death) and is gradually eliminated from the body through the body’s natural waste disposal system. When fat cells are subjected to being cooled below body temperature the freezing causes the fat cells to die followed by a local inflammatory response.

Lip Fillers

Lip fillers are a great way to enhance poorly defined lips without any surgery. Defined lips are a result of collagen production in the body and as we get older, our body produces less of it, which means lips become less plum & thin. Lip fillers are the best way to give your lips a fuller & plumper appearance.

Lip fillers contain hyaluronic acid which is produced in our body naturally hence are 100% safe to use. Lip fillers are also used around the mouth to smooth fine lines.

DermaPen Microneedling

What is Microneedling?

DermaPen Microneedling is a treatment whereby small needles are pushed over your face and other area that need to be targeted to create controlled punctures, which force your skin into repair mode. The microneedle length can vary from 0.25 to 2.5 mm depending on the treatment and area where it is used on. Microneedling treatment involves multiple superficial puncturing wounds which release growth factors that stimulate fibroblasts creating new collagen and elastin. The whole aim of the microneedling treatment is to traumatise skin without collateral damage to the epidermis and healthly tissue creating a wound healing response and renew the skin cells.

The process of Microneedling achieves results through increased quantities and access of cell nutrients to the skin- optimising cell function. Tiny open channels created by the micro needles allow up to 80% more product into skin as compared to 7-10% with normal topical application. The collagen results from the natural wounding of the skin, even though the wound is miniscule. Each tiny wound goes through three classic phases of wound healing like any other wound.
