We are delighted to introduce Ruth Wood, our new evidence-based nutritionist with over 25 years of clinical experience.

Ruth offers personalised nutritional therapy that looks at the whole picture, using food and lifestyle to address root causes, support long-term wellbeing, and work alongside medical care where appropriate. Her approach is practical, no-fad, and tailored to real life.
