Most people live in a one-shot mindset:
➡️ One slip = whole day ruined.
➡️ One biscuit = “I’ve failed.”
➡️ One wobble = full spiral.
That’s perfectionism—not reality.

✨ Split Your Day Into THREE Parts
Morning • Afternoon • Evening
Three fresh starts. Three chances to reset. No spiralling.
1️⃣ Morning — “Set the Tone”
A solid start helps.
But if breakfast goes sideways?
It’s ONE third of your day. Move on.
2️⃣ Afternoon — “Your Reset Button”
Whatever happened earlier, this is your comeback zone.
Hydrate, choose well, follow the Fitbuddie column method.
You’re back in control.
3️⃣ Evening — “Finish Strong”
Evenings are tough—cravings, emotions, tiredness.
But if the day wobbled, end it well.
A healthy dinner = a win.
Not spiralling = a BIG win.
