After a treat at lunch, she went out for dinner and genuinely craved vegetables.
Ordered seabass, salad and veggies, enjoyed the meal, didn’t overthink the olive oil, and left feeling proud — not restricted.

Chips were on the table. She didn’t avoid them… she just didn’t want them.

“Of course 🤍 totally get that – Thursdays like that are awkward.

A few simple options:
• Shift lunch a bit later (even by 1–2 hours). That way you’re not going into the evening ravenous and dinner timing matters less. You could also make lunch slightly bigger today.
• Light, high-protein, low-fat snack before you go out (or when you get back if needed):
• Protein shake with almond milk
• Crudités + low-fat dip (like the ones I sent you)
• Cottage cheese with fruit or veg

Why this helps 👇
• Protein “lines the stomach” and takes the edge off hunger
• If you wait until you’re over-hungry, you tend to:
• Eat too fast
• Overeat
• Not register fullness quickly enough → seconds happen before satiety kicks in

So the goal is never going in starving, even if the food is light”.
