Decide this time is different.
Not because it’ll be perfect (it won’t 🙃) or because hard days won’t happen. They will. That’s why I focus on making bad days less bad.
It’s different because you’re not quitting when it gets uncomfortable.
You won’t let mood or motivation run the show.
You’ll ask for help, show up, and do what you can — imperfectly.
How to get results:
1. Don’t quit. That’s the rule.
Everything else comes second.
Adjust, don’t stop.
👉 And don’t miss check-ins — the ones you avoid are the ones that help most.
2. Perfection is not required (at all).
You can go over calories, miss bits, have messy weeks — and STILL get results.
That’s the power of range targets 🙌
🚫 What doesn’t work: quitting because it’s not perfect.
That’s not high standards… it’s avoidance.
Ask yourself daily:
👉 “Did I move closer today?” (even 1% counts)
3. Be different this time.
It’s not about the “perfect plan” — it’s your mindset.
Decide now:
• I don’t quit when it’s hard
• I ask for help instead of disappearing
• I look for solutions, not excuses
That voice saying “I deserve better”?
That’s self-respect. Own it 💥
4. Action builds belief.
You don’t need confidence to start.
You build it by:
• showing up
• following through
• proving to yourself you can
That trust in yourself? Game changer.
5. 12 weeks is short. Quitting again is long.
Quitting chips away at your self-worth. You know that.
Focus on just these 12 weeks.
👉 This could be the end of yo-yo dieting
👉 The start of actually trusting yourself
6. This isn’t something you “finish.”
Health isn’t a phase — it’s a lifestyle.
The goal:
• something sustainable
• something that gives you energy
• something that fits your life
Stop chasing an end point (it doesn’t exist).
Start owning the daily process 🔁
Bonus: Don’t settle for average.
Most people accept “fine” — tired, unhappy, stuck.
That doesn’t have to be you.
But it does mean:
👉 choosing long-term results over short-term comfort sometimes

In 12 weeks, you look back and think:
“Thank god I started.”
